The maximum amount you can add to your card daily is €50,000.00.

The maximum daily amount you can pay with your card is €50,000.00.
+ What is the Maximum monthly payment limit of my card?
The maximum monthly amount you can pay with your card is €100,000.00.
+ What is the Maximum balance of my card?
The maximum balance you can have in your card is €100,000.00.
+ What is the Minimum top-up amount?
The Minimum top-up amount is €10.
+ Does it cost anything to use my card?
It doesn’t cost anything to use your card. Silkpay doesn’t take any commission on transactions, you can shop worldwide with your card cost-free.
+ Can I use my Silkpay card to send money?
For now, your Silkpay Virtual UnionPay Prepaid Card can only be used to make payments. Money transfer is not available currently.
+ Can I use the virtual Unionpay card to pay in brick and mortar stores?
No, you cannot use the card in physical stores. You can only use the card to pay on e-commerce websites.
You also cannot add the Virtual Unionpay to wallets such as WeChat or Apple wallets.
+ How can I make payments with my virtual Unionpay card ?
You can use your virtual Unionpay card to shop online.
On the checkout page:
Choose UnionPay, enter your virtual Unionpay card number and expiration date.
A confirmation code will be sent by text message to the mobile phone number provided to open the account.
Enter the code to confirm the payment.
