If you are a client who requested a card before May 9th, 2023, you need to follow the steps below to create a password and log in to your account:
1- In the log in page, click on "Forgot password?"
2- Enter the email address associated with your prepaid card and click on “Request password reset”.
3- Click on the button “Reset password” in the email received to create a new password.
Once your password is created, you can immediately use it to log in to your account.
