Manage my Virtual UnionPay Prepaid Cards
+ Where can I manage my cards?
To manage your cards, log in to your Virtual Prepaid Card account and: 1- Click on "My cards" on the navigation menu on the left 2- Click on the card you want to manage You will be redirected to your card details page where you can:
- Top-up your card
- Request your card information
- Block your card
- Add/edit your card's name
- Change your card's color
+ How can I top-up my card?
To top-up your card, log in to your Virtual Prepaid Card account and:
1- Click on "My cards" on the navigation menu on the left
2- Click on the card you want to top-up, then click on the button "Top-up"
3- Follow the top-up instructions
Make sure to enter the “Reference” number given to you in the transfer reason/dexcription so that we can top-up your card.
+ Where can I find my card transactions?
To check your transactions list, log in to your Virtual Prepaid Card account and:
1- Click on "My cards" on the navigation on the left
2- Click on the card you want to check the transactions for
3- The transaction list will appear next to your card on the right on your computer, or at the bottom on your mobile
+ Where can I check the balance of my card?
To check your card's balance, log in to your Virtual Prepaid Card account and:
- Click on "My cards" on the navigation on the left Your card balance appears on your card at the bottom left, if you don't have any funds in your card, your balance will appear as 0 €.
+ How do I change my PIN code for Silkpay Prepaid Card?
You can request a change of your prepaid card’s PIN code if you notice a suspicious activity on your card by contacting our support team.
